In the last few days, some customers have received a notification that the Instagram booking button will no longer be available as of January 4, 2021. This is because Instagram has changed the button setup process. If you received the notification, please set up your button again using the steps linked below.
If you didn't receive a notification, check your Instagram profile to see if the booking button is still there, just to be safe.
Great news! We've just released an exciting improvement that makes tracking your newsletter performance a lot easier.
Just click on a campaign in your newsletter overview to see how many customers received, opened and clicked the booking button in your newsletter, and how much revenue the campaign generated.
Tip: You can now click on the bounced emails to see which recipients did not receive the email, and jump right to their customer profile.
Great news: We just finished redesigning the old Reminders page in your calendar. The result is a clean and intuitive page that will make it much easier for you to create and manage your appointment reminders.
π Remember: You can create as many email reminders as you like and send different automated notifications before and after your appointments. With Shore Plus, you can also set up one SMS reminder.
PS: In case you haven't done this yet, you can find your reminders at Set up your company > Reminders.
To ensure that your booking page complies with legal requirements in the EU, you need to link your Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy on your Shore booking page.
Don't know how?
VoilΓ , your customers can now access these pages directly via your booking widget.
PS: Please note that you are responsible for complying with the applicable legal requirements regarding cookies and other tracking technologies that you embed on your booking page. If you have any questions about this or the content of your terms and conditions and privacy policy, please contact your lawyer or data protection officer.
