Interactive Rating System for Enhanced Trust on Sortlist
Feature request
Under Review
Implement a rating system on Sortlist where agencies and clients can score each other on a 1 to 5 scale immediately after their initial interaction. This feature will encourage openness and help both parties set clear expectations from the outset. Ratings, given shortly after the first contact, provide real-time insights into the professionalism and reliability of both agencies and potential clients. Over time, these ratings accumulate, offering a comprehensive picture of each user's track record on the platform. This process not only builds trust but also aids Sortlist in refining its matchmaking algorithms, leading to more successful and satisfying partnerships.

Inbox Messages
Feature request

There is a very low response rates on messages from both the client as well as our side. I think continuous prompts to agencies and clients when messages are waiting in their inbox will be good. Or better yet, get it linked to Gmail, Microsoft etc

Translation for Profile Text Fields
Feature request
Under Review
Currently my agency is active within 2 different Prospecting areas where they speak 2 languages: English & French. A lot of fields are translated dynamically as they're created by Sortlist (like the services the agency offers). But once we start looking into Portfolio, Company Tagline etc, these are unique and there's no option to translate them. So, for example, my company now appears in French directories with an English tagline, reducing the changes of getting clicks. I believe the dashboard layout should be revisited so whenever the Prospecting areas would include different countries speaking different languages, we would be able to include the translations to make it relative.

Business provider location/active area
Feature request
Under Review
The question that most clients put is that the agency should be active in a certain region. We serve clients globally and when they mention the word active, I think they mean that the agency should be present in that very country/city, It may be good to mention the agency's location separately and their active regions separately.

Assess the project owner
Feature request
Under Review
Hi, it would be great if you could, in some way, assess whether the project details are correct. I have received one request where the client had absolutely no clue what they were asking for. Basically, it was shown as a brand positioning project and turned out to be a Public Relations and Lead Generation project. I lost some money there :/

Expand service categories for professional services such as bookkeepers, accountants, tax professionals, management consultants, etc for better targeting for both clients and service providers.

Better idea of where prospects are located
Feature request
Under Review
For local or regional customers, it would be appropriate to directly indicate where they are located and where they operate. It is right that an agency has to pay to have contacts but it is also true that a Sicilian agency might like to work with a restaurant in the area but not with a restaurant under the Alps.

Make prospects pay if they don't pick a provider
Feature request
Under Review
It would be interesting to ask the customer for a payment if he does not choose an agency known thanks to Sortlist. This could increase Sortlist's earnings but also make it easier for the agencies that pay Sortlist. In the event that, in any case, they choose a Sortlist agency, they would not have to pay anything or they will be refunded the entire amount (which in any case could also be a minimal sum).
