I don't ever want to chat with a bot. Yours is the prime reason- it doesn't work. I followed the instructions and typed "create a ticket" and then gave the info I needed support for (moving cameras to new appliances, which should NOT require support to do anyway) and no ticket was created. Nothing was done and the chat was closed. Requiring support to do that and not having live agents in the chat is awful customer service.
