Hey hey, I know there is an option for Abandoned Cart automation via MailChimp, but it never works, so I was wondering if there's any scope to adding an 'Abandoned Cart' automation to the list built into TS? Current general marketing stats suggest open rates on Abandoned Cart emails are around 40-50%, click throughs 20-30%, and conversions at approx. 50% of those who click. Prime example: my wife just bought hundreds of pounds of gym wear thanks to one of these emails, so figure we might as well get in on the action...

Thanks for this! Abandoned automations are already on our radar as part of the wider implementation of automations that we're currently working on. I don’t have any specific confirmation on whether it's possible just yet, but I’ve shared your request with the team as a helpful nudge and to highlight that it’s been asked for.
