When I put in an email address and it turns out that the customer isn't on our system, I get prompted to add a customer. However when I opt to do this a blank customer record appears. It would save a lot of time if the email field was automatically populated with the address entered in the search bar (or whatever other info is entered as a search query - i.e. postcode)

Thanks so much for sharing this feedback 😊 We’ve taken a look at this and, for now, we don’t have any plans to make a change like this - sorry!

We always try to prioritise development based on a range of factors, including how many customers are asking for something, and this isn’t a request we’ve seen come up before.

I’ll keep this request visible here, though, and if it gains traction with more users in future, we can definitely take another look.
