At the moment we get a lot of customers confused about the discount code box - many many of them contact us with this same issue. Going through the booking process we feel that if the Voucher box was next to the discount code box in the cart page it would be clearer to bookers that these are indeed 2 different things. Also on the confirm order page the gift voucher is under a link - is it possible to have this presented as a box like the discount code box is?

Hey Alan,
Thanks for sharing this feedback. We've actually introduced a customisable snippet for the promo code box based on previous user feedback. The snippet is called "Promo code input explanation" and allows you to customise what appears above the promo code box.
For example, you could say 'Enter Promo Code here. Voucher codes are entered at the payment stage.' I think with your current integration on your website, this snippet doesn't appear, so it would be worth seeing if your web team can pull this in.
