Amendment at "search order" level

When orders are amended it would be useful for the name in the "created by" tab to reflect the user who made the amendment. Refunds or amendments can only be done by members of staff and not our box office volunteers, however, when an amendment is made the "created by" stays as the original user who sold the tickets. To find out who amended you then have to go fully into the order. For ease of use it would be helpful if the "created by" either updates to the most recent user who made the changes, or is added below when looking at the "search orders" tab at Box Office.

Hey Fay,

Thanks for sending this in. We've reviewed your request, and unfortunately having the 'created by' field update to show the user who made an amendment isn't something we're planning to add at the moment. You're the first to request it, and we tend to prioritise development based on demand.

If it helps in the meantime, you can filter the search orders list by selecting the 'amended' button, so you're working with a shorter list of just amended orders rather than everything.

I'll keep this post here, and if it gains more traction we can look at revisiting.
