Automated Post Event Settlement Reports for Finance and Reconciliation

Most days myself or the team have to run an Event Settlement Report to reconcile payment with finance departments and visiting companies. It would be great to have an automated report that triggered after the final event of a run - at the point the event moves from 'upcoming' event to 'past' event and sends out the specified report to a selected email or group. Ideally you wouldn't need to tag the show - it would just happen for all events as they pass.

Thank you for taking the time to share this feedback. We’ve reviewed the workflow and, as we understand it, there are two separate use cases here for post-event reconciliation: Sending settlement reports internally to your finance team and sending settlement reports externally to visiting companies.
For internal finance reporting, you could set up an Event Settlement Report filtered by Program (to pull in multiple events) and have a subscription set up to send it automatically on a regular schedule, e.g., weekly, to the same finance email address. That way, your finance team will get regular updates across all events, including when the event has finished.
For visiting companies, the challenge is that the recipient would presumably vary from show to show. Because of that, the system would still need someone to specify the correct email address for each report, even if it were triggered automatically after the event had passed. In practice, that means some form of report subscription setup would still be needed per show, so from our understanding, it would not likely save any time compared with the current automated report subscription set up, which allows you to create an automated report subscription per show/event and send it to a specific recipient on a specific date (i.e. the day after the show finishes).
