All our users are currently Super users BUT we could do with a user that can observe and look at reports and accounts BUT not be able to sell tickets or load shows. As we have volunteer trustees our finance department and myself are a bit worried they could "jab" something they shouldn't. Myself - Access everything Jess Sue M Bethan Andy Creer Kerry Ticket sales and customers Sue Elliott Louise Be able to bring up reports and settlements Mandy Charles Julie New ones

Thanks for sharing this feedback. I'm pleased to let you know that we already have on our backlog a plan to create a Report-only user role, which should fit your request here 😊
