Cancelled shows - email reminder

Whenever a show is cancelled and states on the system cancelled, is there any way for an instance to stop reminders going out for these shows. Maybe a rule put in place that reads the system and the emails are stopped. Just we have had one cancelled and the reminder has gone now making the customer confused. Just rather than having to do manually as there's a lot of things that needs to be done if a show is cancelled.

Thanks so much for your feedback!

At the moment, there isn’t a way for the system to automatically stop reminders when a show is cancelled. This is because Ticketsolve doesn’t currently distinguish between a show being taken off sale (for example, when the Enable Booking? toggle is set to off and List Online? is also off) due to a cancellation, versus other reasons like the event not yet being on sale or being temporarily disabled for edits. Because of this, it wouldn’t be possible to set up an automatic rule to prevent reminders from going out in these cases.
