We are finding the pale text on the pale background very difficult to read. Please can we have an option to change the colours of the text/background.

Ah, sorry yes maybe I misunderstood! You are looking for the ability to change the styling within the Ticketsolve Box Office / Admin side? There isn't a way to do this currently unfortunately, and it hard coded across all accounts so is indeed something we'd need to feed back to the Dev team to review.
However, please could you let me know what areas exactly you are struggling to read, and any screenshots if possible, and I can look into this. (Or if you've already sent this over, is it possible to let me know who you spoke with and/or the Support ticket number please, and I can find it on our side as it sounds like it may have been logged with our Dev team already).
