Hello, We find the order comment box really helpful to share info with teams welcoming guests for our events. I can see it pulls through on the customer short list but it doesn't show on the check-in app. Would it be possible for this to appear here too?

Hey Amber,
Thanks for your feedback! As far as I understand currently, the check-in app will display any comments on both the order and the customer record that are pinned. However the customer list (long) will display pinned customer record comments, but not currently pinned order comments.
So I think if you pin the order comments that you want to be displayed in the check-in app, that should work for you! More info here: https://ticketsolve.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/32963133400084-Pinning-Customer-Order-Comments
