Would it be possible to have an additional column in collections showing the customers first event date? This would help give a quick overview of where payments are up to and identify who might need a follow up call. Thanks! Amber

Hey Amber!
Thank you for your feedback on the Collections area. Our dev team have taken a look at this and whilst adding an additional column for first event date isn't possible right now, what we have done to help with this is make the order number and customer number both clickable, so it's a lot easier and quicker for you to navigate to the order and see the event details :)
This went out in this week's deploy, so you'll see that live in your account now!
