Throughout the system there is an option to colour code things like pricing schemes and tags. It would be a huge help if we could somehow use these colours in the scanning set up to draw front to house staff attention to particular things that we may tag a show or price or ticket type with. The highlight would be helpful as the scanners are on small screens and the team are often quickly scanning through a lot of people arriving at the same time so any prompts to make things they need to notice stand out would be super helpful.
