Would you be able to redesign (or allow a different option) for check-in. For myself, and speaking to some of our volunteers, we look at the customer number first due to the size of the font rather than the customer name, which additionally doesn't help being in gray. It would be helpful to have the customer name either in a brighter colour and/or in a larger font so the customer name is the first thing you see. Additionally it would be nice if you could have the option to hide or keep the checked in customers. Thanks for your help and just wanted to say how great Ticketsolve is to use as a platform.
