It would great to be able to see what type of discount has been added when tickets are in the basket. This is so that when selling tickets staff can tells customers why they are getting a discount and potently upsell more tickets with the same discount.

Thanks for sharing your feedback! Right now, this isn’t something we have planned, as we prioritise features based on user demand, and we haven’t had similar requests from others. That said, we’ll leave this idea open to see if it gains traction, and we can always revisit it in the future.
In the meantime, if you’re looking for a way to communicate discounts to Box Office staff, the Instructions tool might be useful. You can add key details—like available promotions—and they’ll appear right beneath the event listing in Box Office.
