We would like to propose a dynamic ticket pricing module within Ticketsolve that automatically adjusts ticket prices based on real-time availability. As availability decreases, prices would increase in pre-defined tiers, for example, a 5–20% uplift as thresholds are crossed (e.g. 75%, 50%, 25% of tickets remaining). This flexible system should be configurable per event, with options to enable or disable dynamic pricing and tailor it to different event types. Real-time updates, clear customer messaging (such as “Only X tickets left at this price”), and post-event reporting on revenue impact and sales behaviour would support strategic decision-making. The goal is to incentivise early booking, maximise revenue from high-demand events, and provide a powerful new tool for promoters and venues using Ticketsolve.

Thanks so much for your suggestion – it’s a really great one and very much in line with something we’re about to start testing!
We’ve developed a new yield management feature that allows ticket allocations to automatically activate as others sell out. You can set up multiple allocations (like Early Bird, General, Last-Minute), tag them, and assign a priority. As one allocation sells out, the next highest allocation based on priority becomes active, without needing to manually update anything.
It’s not quite percentage-based pricing, but it offers flexibility per event, encourages early booking and opens up straightforward tiered pricing.
