Editing Parameters of Customer Lists

Hi there, I'd love to be able change the parameters of the lists in the 'view/print lists' section of the event summary. What I'd specifically like to be able to is add an allocation column to 'customer list (short)' so that when our front of house team prints the list for the show, they can see which allocation a customer's ticket is from. Thanks!

Thanks for your feedback and sorry for the slow response!
We’re not able to customise these reports per account at the moment, but it would be really helpful to understand more about your setup – for example, what different allocations you typically use on a show and how having that info on the printed list supports your Front of House team.
The more insight we have into how this would help in practice, the easier it is for our development team to assess whether it’s something that could be introduced across the board.

Thanks so much for getting back to me and detailing the use case for this. We've reviewed it and at the moment, unfortunately, it isn't something that we're planning to implement. We haven’t had similar requests from others, and it would need to be a change that is applied across all accounts and therefore impact all users. That said, I’ll leave this idea open to see if it gains traction. If more users express interest, we can certainly revisit it in the future!
In the meantime, we've taken a look at the other reports available from the Event Summary and the 'Attendance List' report currently does include a Ticket Allocation column, so you could use this in addition to the Customer List Short (or instead of, if there are no order comments present for the event).
