The email notes at event level are really helpful, though it'd be more useful if these notes were directly under the corresponding event ticket.

Hey Kate,
Thanks so much for your feedback! 🙏 We can see how having notes directly under each ticket could feel more useful. At the moment, changing the placement of email notes in the checkout mailer is a little tricky, as the best position can vary depending on the items purchased and any other notes or comments included.
So far, we haven’t had similar requests from other users, and any change here would need to apply across the board. For now, our recommendation is:
- If you’re adding notes at the event level, include the event name in the note so it’s clear which ticket it relates to.
- Alternatively, if you use the email note setting at the ticket price level, the note will appear just above the QR code for that specific ticket.
I'll leave this post here, and if we start to see more demand for this in future, it’s definitely something we can look at again 😊
