If appears that when that when an event is sold out the event times no longer appear on the event listing. The only solution at present it to manually add the event and door times to the show description. A function to allow the times to remain in the event of sold out shows would be more time efficient and consistent.

Thanks so much for your feedback! I’ve passed it along to our development team. We aim to prioritise changes based on overall demand, and this particular request hasn’t come up before.
In the meantime, if you’d like to include event and door times, you can customise the "website_sold_out_message" text to reflect that.
That said, I’ve made sure your suggestion is noted for future consideration and we’ll keep an eye out to see if it gains traction with other users too. Appreciate you taking the time to share it! 😊
