Our T&Cs very clearly state that we do not do refunds unless we cancel/postpone a show. However, that doesn't stop the many (many!) people from contacting us stating they no longer need/can no longer use their tickets. Most accept the 'no refunds' response, others are not happy. Some have asked for a resale list. We trialled a waiting list for recent sold-out shows where we asked for permission to swap contact info re buying/selling a ticket and explained the transaction would be between them and nothing to do with Triskel. But it was actually very messy in action (lots of phone calls and some people getting fussy about the type of seat they really wanted π) so itβs not something Iβm keen to continue. Are there any plans to develop a Ticketmaster-esque way of allowing the swapping of tickets without involving us ...?
