Gift Aid Internal Prompt: Ask later

We regularly need to process orders internally, and in some situations we can't ask the customer if they can gift aid so we have to select the 'No, I don't want to gift aid' prompt. If there was an 'Ask later' internal prompt, this would mean we could follow up on any purchases and confirm if we could apply gift aid to past orders. This would be especially useful if it could be pulled into a report. Thanks for your consideration.

Thanks so much for taking the time to share this.
An 'Ask later' option on the Gift Aid prompt isn't something we're planning to introduce, sorry. You're the first to flag this, and we tend to prioritise development based on demand.
An existing option we'd suggest, if you want a flag for the team, is to add a tag to the customer record (something like 'Ask_Gift Aid') so whoever opens the customer record next time to check the GA preference knows to ask the customer again (and then remove the tag if this has been done).
