When customers purchase a donation with Gift Aid at the counter (or over the phone), this is treated as a verbal declaration. We are meant to give receipt of declaration to these customers. It would be good to be able to add an 'if' statement to order confirmations or merge fields to tickets/ donation products where we are able to add this information. Currently, we are having to get around this by creating separate Gift Aid products that get added to the order to generate a separate ticket design. Thanks, Kate
