When completing a gift voucher as a gift, the recipients email address is needed (mandatory field), but we have lots of people whom purchase as a gift but don't know the email address of the person who it is going to. Is there not a way of removing this as a mandatory field and maybe having the name of the person buying it. You wouldn't believe how many people purchase vouchers as a gift and the people who have them don't know the person who has bought them. Just something a little bit more easier for identifying this would be better, or not have this field as mandatory unless it's online, as we have customers in-person.
