Highlight on seat map if customer has already booked

If possible, could we have an account link to a seat map so that we can see if they have already booked for a show. This would help to avoid duplicate bookings.

Sorry yes – so if a customer has already booked, that we can see it when they are assigned, to avoid duplicate bookings!

Hey! We've reviewed this request, and currently, it isn't something we've heard of from other users so far, and as with all product requests, we prioritise work based on how many customers it could benefit. At the moment, it's not something we are planning to implement, but we’ll keep this post visible here to see if it gains traction from other Ticketsolve users. Thanks again for sharing this suggestion, and we'll keep an eye on it!
