It is fantastic that customer can now have multiple benefit products but the reminder email system for these benefit product lack flexibility. My idea is to make this bespoke for different benefit products the list is a few things in order of priority. 1 - Ability to NOT send reminder emails on certain benefit products - this is our absolute minimal viable option. 2 - Ability to have different wording on email reminders for benefit products - having the same wording on our regular membership as on a film festival pass (we probably wouldn't wan't to send reminders for these) or our Access register. 3 . Some way to have a specific thank you for renewing you membership email - not just the standard checkout mailer. 4 . Ideally the ability to make different messaging on the reminder for different times e.g 1 month out send this wording/offer 2 weeks out send this one..

On point 1, this should already be possible. If you have Benefit Products that don’t need expiry reminder emails, you can add the "skip_customer_alerts_tag" on the Benefit Product set up (via Manage > Products). This will stop both the 'Benefit Expired' and 'Benefit Expiry Warning' emails from sending for customers with the tagged Benefit Product.
I've shared points 2 - 4 with our Dev team. This is all really helpful for future developments. I know this is something we are looking at for future planning now that the work on multiple benefits is complete, so they will appreciate this insight.
