This would mean customers don't necessarily have to go through the steps to purchase a ticket to subscribe to mailing list. This would be very useful as a customer might want to come to the venue but doesn't see anything they particularly like at this time, by subscribing we can ensure customer comes back as we announce all shows via mailing list.

At the moment, we don’t have plans to support embedded Mailchimp sign-up forms directly on Ticketsolve sites. However, you can add one to your own website instead.

Mailchimp lets you create sign-up forms linked to your Audience, so customers can join your Mailchimp mailing list even if they haven’t purchased a ticket or come through Ticketsolve.
