Is it possible to add another tick box to the Opt-Ins section on a Customer Record, so you have a 'Yes ' and a 'No' option? If possible, could there also be, just for box office, a 'Not Asked' option too? Otherwise, we may ask a customer who has said no multiple times, and they get quite frustrated. Equally, we need to understand whether box office staff are asking.
