Maximum ticket limits applicable to Box Office sales

Currently the maximum ticket rule applies only to online bookings.
Could the same rule apply to Box Office bookings, but for those with Box Office accounts (or any lower level accounts).
It could be overridden by more senior account levels if needed, but removes the need for instructions and manual notes and subsequently removes risk of human error.
