Would it be possible to rename the setting on the main Customer Records view that relates to the customer having an active online account. Currently this toggle/status is named as 'Membership' on the record, but conflicts with the 'Membership Tab' which is about benefit products and actual membership programmes. Could it change to something more clear such as 'Online Account Active' etc? This would also help with confusion on the email templates which are named 'Membership welcome email' but are about online accounts, not membership schemes! :-)
