We've been looking at our Gift Aid claim and, although it is better than it used to be, the number of people saying that we can claim Gift Aid is lower than I would've expected. Looking at the layout of the page the first action the customer sees is the 'I don't want to gift aid' box. Can we move this down below the options for actually selecting which gift aid option they want. Many people still don't understand gift aid and will just select that box as it is the first option. If we put the other options first we expect our conversion rate to significantly increase.
