Is it possible to get email or TS notifications set up so that staff can engage more with upcoming deadlines etc (think this would also be useful in Tasks too)

Hey Colin,
Thanks so much for taking the time to share your feedback and test out Projects. You're absolutely right about notifications, and they are on their way!
We’re actually in the middle of a big overhaul of the Projects feature at the moment. When the updated version is ready, Tasks will be fully incorporated (rather than as a separate tool), and we’re introducing a built-in Inbox in Ticketsolve to help keep everyone in the loop. That means users will get notified about things like task assignments, updates to cards, and other project activity.
There’ll also be a ‘My Stuff’ area, giving each user a personal space to view all their own projects and tasks.
We’re aiming to get all this into Alpha testing in the next month or so, so I'll be back in touch soon! 😀
