On-sale time option for Effective From / To

Is it possible to add an on-sale time option to the Effective From / To box for ticket allocations? We often release tickets to our members (Friends) first, using the main on-sale time, and then open sales to the general public later. For the general public release, I currently have to manually remove the Effective From setting on their ticket allocation, as we don’t want it to default to midnight. We use separate allocations for Friends and general public, so having an on-sale time would save a lot of manual work. I’ve had to do this for 30 events today.

Thank you so much for taking the time to share this suggestion. I can appreciate how having to manually adjust the Effective From setting across so many events adds a lot of extra work for you.
Our development team has reviewed the idea of adding an on-sale time option to the Effective From / To box for ticket allocations. At the moment, it’s not something we’re looking to implement, as the tool is already fairly complex and this would add another layer of complexity - sorry.
That said, your use case makes complete sense, and in the longer term - or if we see more users requesting this - it’s definitely something we can look at revisiting. I’ll leave this post open so we can track interest and return to it in the future.
