When an event is on sale during a members-only period, but already listed on Ticketbooth or even before it’s on sale to anyone, would it be possible to include a small pop-up or banner with a countdown showing days, minutes, and seconds until tickets go on sale, whether for members or the general public? Currently, customers only see this information when they attempt to book and are shown the red banner at the top of the page. Adding a countdown would make the ticket availability clearer and provide a smoother, more transparent experience for customers.
