Using Ticketsolve Pay the ability to email someone a payment link (like sumup) - the order is reserved and then converted to paid once payment received.

Hi Rob,
Thanks for sharing this. We have an existing feature called Collections, which might work for you. If you process an order as confirmed (but marked as 'Allow outstanding'), you can then use the Collections tab at Box Office to send emails to customers with amounts due, requesting payment (with payment links). The customer can then pay their outstanding balance online.

I appreciate this isn't exactly the same as automatically converting a reserved order to a confirmed order once a customer has paid, but let me know if you think Collections could work for you. (Or was it specifically converting a reservation that you were looking for?)
