pinned comments or tags in scanning app

is it possible to have pinned comments or word tags feature when scanning customers in. we have unreserved seating but in some occasions customers will be assigned seats for access reasons. it would be great for the team if when they scan the customer in they can quickly see their seat tag and direct them there.

Thanks for this feedback. Good news, this is already possible! 😀

Pinned order comments appear in the Check-in App when you select View Order after scanning. For customers with access requirements or anything else you want to flag to the team, add an emoji tag to their customer record. The emoji shows on the first screen when scanning, so the team knows to open the order and read the pinned comment.
