I wanted to suggest the addition of an Income Sales Template under the Projects section, similar to the one currently used for Fundraising. This would be incredibly useful for monitoring and reporting on additional revenue streams, and I believe it would support more strategic financial planning. Ideally, the template would include the following fields: Venue Costs – to capture internal charges or overheads associated with the space. Package Costs – to reflect any bundled services or event-specific offerings. Profit Margin – automatically calculated based on income vs. costs. Profit and Loss Charts – visual representation of financial performance Attachment Option – to upload related documents such as contracts & event forms Payment Tracking - logging when deposits and invoices payments are due. Having a dedicated template like this would streamline our tracking process and provide clearer insights into the profitability of commercial activities.
