Ticketsolve Ideas

Just an example, we run late night events where customers, generally, don't buy their tickets ahead of time. The majority queue up to pay on the way in. We manage all these purchases through Ticketsolve at the Box Office but there are a lot of unnecessary clicks to process each sale. I know there is a quick sale button but that's cash only. Most customers paying with cards now. I'd love to see away to switch from general box office to focus in on one event and just quickly fire off tickets and take payment.
