It would be beneficial to review and update access roles to better align with the specific roles and responsibilities of teams within venues.
Currently, granting full access to certain staff allows them to retrieve necessary reports but also unintentionally provides access to areas that are not relevant to their role. A more refined approach would help ensure that access is appropriately tailored to each team’s needs.

This would also be useful for us. We don't use the lower levels of user roles as we don't have that kind of a team, all of our box office staff need to be able to do everything, but for others it would be really useful to be able to allow them access to reports but not to booking tickets, for example.
