it would be helpful when you are setting a show up if there was a option to add a sales report email to be send very Monday at 9am to the relevant person, without making them a user if its for one show as we end up with lots pf users clogging up our data.

Hey Yasmin,
Thanks for sending this in. It is already possible to do this 😊 All you would need to do is assign one user to the automated report (i.e. a box office email address/regular user), and then the relevant additional recipients can be added into the automated report with just an email address.
