We have A LOT of events, and it ends up being a very long list of entries for customers to scroll through. Having a search function would enable them to quickly find an entry without frustration. It is not great from an accessibility point of view either, to not have this feature.

Hey Steph,
Thanks so much for sending in this feedback. Adding a search option to the Shows listing page is something we’ve already approved and is in our backlog. 😊 I don’t have a timeline to share just yet (sorry!), but if there’s any movement on this, I’ll keep you updated here.
In the meantime, for venues that want extra functionality on their show listings (like search), we usually recommend using your own website for the event listings, then linking through to Ticketsolve at the point of booking - for example, a “Book Tickets” button on each event that takes customers straight to the relevant Ticketsolve event page to choose their seats/tickets.
The simplest way to power this on your website is usually via our XML feed (though there are other approaches too, depending on how your site is set up).
If you’d like to explore this with your web team, we’d be very happy to set up a call to walk through how the XML feed works and share a few real examples of how other Ticketsolve venues do this.
