when we have a popular show that will sell out in a day, we do get a lot of people ringing to pay me as they've struggled online and they may not have put there details in online so there seats are just stuck in a cart with a lot of other people. if there was a drop down box or if you hovered over each one I would be able to see what the seats are and grab them from cart.
