We can definitely see how having capacity figures in the Events Revenue Report could be helpful when working with promoters. That said, because this report is used widely across many organisations, any changes we make would need to apply to everyone. It’s not something we’ve had requested before, and adding capacity here is a bit tricky, especially as availability can vary depending on things like blocked seats, agent allocations, and venue-specific setups.

There are a few alternative reports that might help with what you're looking for, including the Event Settlement report, which does include capacity figures.
