Would it be possible to implement a simple flagging system that adds orders requiring attention (potential refund, swap, date change, etc.) to a list?
The box office team could then review this list each morning and click a link to access each order directly and take action.

Hey there! Thanks for sharing this feedback.
The ideal tool for this would be Projects - we know of other venues that use Projects for purposes like this. It's ideal because you can create a project card per order (so essentially a card = a task), and then you can assign a user to it, set a due date, add a description of the task, and link the card directly to the order so the assigned user can easily click through from the card to the order.
Once a user is assigned a card, they will also receive a notification in the Inbox tab within Ticketsolve, notifying them to take action.
