SMS - Pre event & Bulk Communication

Pre-Event SMS Alert, which works alongside or instead of your existing Pre-Event Emails: This will give the customer key details like the event name and time, plus a link to their Event Hub
SMS bulk-communication tool: This will work in a similar way to the 'Email All Event Customers' tool - you write a short message, and it sends to all ticket holders for that event who have a phone number
