We have recently started using scanners for get in to some of our shows and we have had feedback from our door staff that it would be helpful if pinned order comments could appear when they scan a ticket.
We already tag customers who we know have specific access requirements and also pin a comment on their customer record and this will show up on the scanners but this isn't always useful as often the booker isn't the person with the access requirements and the comment might only be relevant for a specific show.
Is there a way that we can have order specific order comment pinned to flag on the scanners?
