It would be very helpful if a log-on could be created for training purposes and work experience kids, where they can practice and try stuff without anything actually happening!

Hey Joss! Thanks for sharing your feedback on this - makes total sense!
Whilst there aren't any plans at the moment to create a training-specific log on, we'd be happy to create a new Subdomain for you under your Account which can be used for training purposes. We can also give you a login to our Playground Ticketsolve account, which is an open account that all Ticketsolve users are able to use for testing/training etc. when you don't want to use your actual account. If you'd like to go ahead with either option, please just drop our support team a ticket at support@ticketsolve.zendesk.com.
