Is it possible to amend the pre-event alert lead time on one show or event only? . It would be good if I could sent out an automated alert a few days before an event that's sold out, so that we may get returns in enough time to work through the waiting list.
An option to change the lead time at event/show level if we need to would be great, so that we can fill potentially empty seats with wait list. 24 hrs is too close, as people have already made plans etc so wait list dwindles quickly. I don't want to alert all customers to all events a few days out, 30 hrs generally works fine for us, it's just for specific events. (if this is already an option, apologies - I couldn't see reference to it on the sheet).
