We have an idea which we would like to suggest, and that's vouchers and how you search for them. When a customer is redeeming vouchers we use either the name of the person who has bought the voucher or they give us the code. Is there any way of having a check box next to the vouchers that were purchased together rather than having to search and add every single one? It would help to save time if the vouchers for example searching my name and I had £25 sitting on the system in various denominations and then one by one having to select and add. Could a tick box next to the drop down be looked at to help save time for both the box office staff and the customer when calling us? Thanks for reading.

Thanks so much for taking the time to share this.

We've reviewed this, and although we can see the benefits, a tick box to select multiple vouchers at once wouldn't be a straightforward improvement to implement and would get complex fairly quickly. For example, if the payment came to less than the combined value of the selected vouchers, the system wouldn't have a clear way of knowing which voucher to leave the remaining balance on.

What we'd suggest, if you don't already, is merging the vouchers before the payment stage. If you go to Box Office > Vouchers and pull up all the vouchers under the customer's name, you can merge them into one from there, then take the payment against that single voucher.
