Payment history is now available. Account admins can easily view payment history to see a record of subscriptions, admin credits and SMS/text purchases.
Under the "Welcome" menu, simply choose "Payment History."
TimeToSignUp account admins love having the ability to post multiple quantities for an item. In our example below, participants can easily sign up for 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 or 6 cases of water.
There are times when a TimeToSignUp account administrator may want each participant to claim only a portion of the quantity of items that are posted. TimeToSignUp now offers the ability for TimeToSignUp accounts admins to limit the quantity that a participant can sign up for. It's an easy way to make sure all items are evenly distributed during sign ups.
When participants are signing up for an item that has the "maximum" feature enabled, they will be able to sign up for only the number entered in the max field, not for the entire amount. In our example, even though there are 6 available, participants can sign up for a maximum of 2.
TimeToSignUp improved the method for rearranging sign up sheets, columns and items. Simply drag to the desired order - the changes save automatically. And the pages look better, too!
TimeToSignUp allows account administrators to limit sign ups on a TimeToSignUp sheet by email address and by name. Additionally, account admins now can limit based on a third option: a field that you choose!
This means you can limit by the person's phone number or any other field that you have chosen to use with your sign up sheet. (Despite how our example appears, it can be more than a phone number.)
Many TimeToSignUp admins like to customize the look of their account by uploading a logo.
TimeToSignUp had (and still has) the option to upload a logo that will have a TimeToSignUp watermark on the logo. As of today, account admins can choose to upload a logo that does not have the TimeToSignUp watermark.
Of course we'd like for you to include "TimeToSignUp" text, but we're no longer requiring it.
TimeToSignUp allows admins to automatically open and/or close a TimeToSignUp sheet at a specified time. Admins do not need to sit at their computer to open a TimeToSignUp sheet at a desired time. Instead, TimeToSignUp sheets can open (and/or close) automatically so that participants can sign up starting on a specified date/time.
Admins have this option when creating or editing a sign up sheet:
It's easy to change the date/time:
Even better news: this feature works for registration forms, too!
