TimeToSignUp participants appreciate receiving confirmation emails after signing up, and they also are grateful for the reminders that account admins send prior to the event. One of the biggest support requests we receive at TimeToSignUp is from participants who unsubscribed from emails - they want to resume receiving confirmation and reminder emails!
Anyone who unsubscribed from TimeToSignUp emails now can remove themselves from the unsubscribe list. It's easy - go to the resubscribe form, enter your email address, then verify your email address using the code sent by TimeToSignUp.
TimeToSignUp improved the log in process. Most admins won't see a change because they will continue to be able to log in smoothly.
Unfortunately there were a few admins over the past month who had trouble logging in due to the "Recaptcha" which consistently rejected the username/password due to a low score. Starting today, anyone who receives a low Recaptcha score now has the option of checking the "I'm Not a Robot" box to verify you're not a bot/spammer when logging in.
TimeToSignUp increased the number of fields available when participants sign up! The following fields are now available:
And don't forget, we recently added drop-down menus so that you can have participants sign up and choose a value from a list that you create.
Platinum TimeToSignUp admins often use registration forms to collect data. We recently improved the registration forms so that admins can create custom dropdown menus. These custom dropdown menus replace the pre-made dropdown menus we previously offered.
Our new form options will provide more flexibility when creating a registration form!

TimeToSignUp admins can specify drop-down responses used when participants sign up. For example, TimeToSignUp admins can create a drop-down menu showing how the participant prefers to drop off their food donation.
Another potential use is for participants to select their t-shirt size as they sign up to volunteer.
Payment history is now available. Account admins can easily view payment history to see a record of subscriptions, admin credits and SMS/text purchases.
Under the "Welcome" menu, simply choose "Payment History."
